GERARD COSMETICS LIP GLOSS || MAY 2015

So Hey guys!

I wanted to do a post on my Gerard Cosmetics lips glosses

1. because I think they are going to be super popular for summer, and

2. I know I'll be using them none stop this summer, and I wanted to share my love of them obviously!
Also it was just so nice outside today. So this blog post brought to you from my backyard! Yay!!!

Lets start with the brand itself.

It all started at Whitening Lightning, and branched off with Gerard Cosmetics. Whitening Lightning for anyone who doesn't know is an amazing company, started with a dream of whitening smiles without going and spending a bunch of money at the dentist, And in little time, Just 20 mins!

Guys they really have amazing products not just for makeup but for teeth, I'v personally bought a Dial A Smile Kit and teeth whitening pens.

Amaze-Balls!

So if it makes sense, Gerard Cosmetics = Whitening Lightning.

either website you go to will have the Lip Glosses, But I'll leave both links at the bottom!

So I don't have many colors , but I know I'll be getting more soon!

And Guys the Packaging is super pretty.

Its in a boxy frame and gold top, and the Best parts are that they have a mirror on one side of the packaging. Like an actual Mirror!

Awesome addition to any lip product and they did it so great!

They also have a built in light when you twist off the cap.

So even in the dark or if you'r out to dinner or in the car at night or its just kinda dark, They make it super convenient to apply lip gloss anywhere.

All the Lip glosses are a tacky formula so you know they last a long time.
And are so creamy and Hydrating!
If you haven't read any other post, Guy's I'm a crazy dry person. And because I struggle with acne every other person and their mother thinks I'm oily. But no I'm naturally a dry person and finding a gloss that will last on my lips and keep them hydrated is a challenge.
So Formulation is crazy nice.
And personally my favorite. haven't used any other gloss sense.

So my goto Favorite color is Coral Craze!
This color is soooooo Beautiful guys. I'm so in love I actually bought 2, so when I run out I'll have my back-up. Is that bad or what. There is so much product that you get in the tube, right!
But my fear is running out of my fav. color, and it's the prettiest Coral Ever!
And on the lips its even prettier, also if you don't want your lips to bright, wearing the glosses on there own is super pretty, and sheers them out a bit.
Personally I like this gloss on its own on myself, but with lipstick its pretty to!

My other favorite is Shimmer of Hope!
Its a light pail nude, also on the lips it has a sheen of shimmer.
Amazing color for a day outside!

Then there is Madison Avenue, One of Gerard's Newer Glosses. Same formula and like Shimmer of hope its a nude. On me its a perfect nude color that I love wearing to work.
In This picture it looks a bit dark, but I promise it's such a perfect everyday nude, just a little darker than Shimmer of Hope.

Then there is Rose Hill!!! Ahhhh, I Love this color, on me it looks kinda pick/red.
But its so pretty!
When I first got this color I was worried it wouldn't look good on me, because I seemed Ghost white before I fake tanned. But no! This color looked so AMAZING-BALLS!!!

I'v been loving her lately! I'll put a link to her channel for you guy if you don't know who she is!

Also if you are worried about yellow teeth, these glosses are all formulated perfectly and actually make you're teeth look white. The Magic Behind these Glosses makes me love them more everyday!

I can't wait to get more colors!

I also really like the lip Sticks by Gerard!

I only have one color, but I'm planning on getting more of these as well.
 I just have one because I wanted to test if I liked it, or not. And if it was going to make my lips  super chapped.
As I said before, being a dry person sucks!
Because lipsticks look so odd with chapped lips.
I even scrub/exfoliate and moisturize like crazy.
If any of you guys suffer with the same issue, what is a product you use?
I'd Love to know some new products to help!

But the Lip Stick I have from Gerard Cosmetics is Buttercup. Another color Jaclyn Hill created. I Think I'm a bit obsessed with her at the moment.
So its a matt lipstick, and surprise, its a nude/ neutral color again! haha
But this color looks so pretty on its own or with one of the glosses over it!
And its such a wearable color for any skin tone, The packaging for these lipsticks is a Gold Bullet lipstick tube.
I love the packaging for these as much as the lip glosses.

As I said I can't wait to get more glosses, are there any colors you recommend?

Make up of the day ||April 2015|| ColorPop CREATURE

Im really loving color pop cosmetics,

there lippies are amazing!

I also dyed my hair a reddish brown, I'v debated doing it for a few months and I finally did it, Guys you don't understand I'm obsessed.

This is the lippie color Creature and I know its like super popular but i cant help it.

The reason the lipss look glossy is because I have Burst's Bee's Chapstick on under the color.

Ps if you were interested in the flavor I wear its VANILLA .BEAN, yumm.

So what I'm wearing is Creature on lips, HourGlass Immaculate matt foundation color (shell), brows are filled in with brown powder from the Naked Basics palette from Urban decay, eyes are Mac eye shadows, Omega in the crease and sumptuous olive all over the lid.

The Mascara I'm wearing is the only mascara I will ever wear,  its called IT"S SO B!G, by Elizabeth Mott. It's volumizing mascara.

I have extra sensitive eyes and water proof burns my eyes, and if it has fibers my eyes get super rashy.

When I mean I'm sensitive you can probably see by the Acne.

Guys I have struggled with acne for mainly all my adult life and this is the most under control I'v had it in a long while. So I apologize if it bothers you but Acne happens to everyone!

And if for some reason you are blessed with amazing skin with no acne ever in your life, please share you're tricks with the rest of us please!

You can see my acne in the pictures, so I thought I'd give a mention to anyone with extra sensitive skin or someone struggling with acne.

Finding something that works and doesn't hurt your skin or make you have a rash is like gold to me. If you know what I mean, breakouts are painful, and hurt extra bad from certain make up products.

My trick or I guess what has helped me is using Peter Thomas Roth, skin clearing, Blemish Buffing Beads. So using that and then not drying my face with a towel.

But instead to let it air dry!

I'm looking to get more of his line of acne treatments they can also be considered a bit pricy but I think its totally worth it. You need to take care of your skin. Many don't realize but its really important.

Also everything in this post I'v purchased myself, I'm always very grateful that I am able to purchase makeup and be able to feel beautiful in my own skin and finally I felt brave enough to do so online again.

NEW Products || MARCH 2015

I purchased exquisite Products!

I have been meaning to share my most resent purchases with you.

So here we go

First thing I got was a Blush called Rosy outlook

Its such a pretty light color, its a little chalky but still give a light flush of pink
I love the light look of it,
its almost like you aren't wearing any blush.

Then I also got a Frost Blush from Mac called Margin
It's bronze and has a shimmer that is so pretty out of any blush I'v had.
It gives the perfect bronze goddess look, way better than any bronzer. I wonder if its considered more of a bronzer than a blush, but thats how I feel about it.

Next I want to talk about OCC Stained Gloss
Its the first OCC product I'v purchased and it's so lovely.
It gives a minty feel and taste to my lips while also giving a sheen a tinted color.
This color is Dekadent.
I'v not worn it much, but the few times I have its been so pretty.
This one just gives the perfect light purple, Almost a winter look.

These are just 3 products out of many, I will soon post more about the others.
I might just need a little more time.
But I'll write about them soon, also I purchased these products with my own money, I was never given them or am I paid to talk about them.

Anastasia Beverly Hills products || FEB 2015

I'v been dying to Talk about some of the wonderful Anastasia products I'v been loving

To start I wanted to say I am in no way trying to brag or be ungrateful

I also was never sent these products, I purchased everything myself with my own money, or was gifted by my boyfriend.

So please don't think I get paid for this or make money.

I wanted to start blogging because I genuinely like reading others opinions and although it might all seem the same I really wanted to aspire to be a blogger.

I think thats enough rambling, On to my First product, which was the first thing I purchased actually.

The CONTOUR KIT

I wear The Light to medium

Colors from upper Left to Right: Vanilla, Banana, Sand

Bottom Left to Right: Java, Fawn, Havana

I know this is a pricy product, but man is it worth the money!

I'd never used a contour kit before or was really knowable about how to contour, I mean I had bronzer but never used it for contouring. I always just dusted it all over my face. I had to look up on youtube different peoples ways of contouring and learn on my own. I really like using Java to sculpt my cheek bones and Sand is a really pretty highlight shade it has little flecks of shimmers.

The cost on this little beauty is $40.00, but you can always just buy the re-fillers for $14.00. 

And they Just came out with the New Contour book that is $150.00. 

Its a bit much for me, I don't need anything that extravagant, but If you do have it tell me how it is.

LINER BRUSH #3

I use the brush to get the perfect wing and the Liner is so nice and mate, no shimmer or shine at all.

I absolutely Love it. First day I wore this liner I got compliments from 3 people.

The brush is also super soft and easy to clean.

Honestly I thought it was worth the money to get it, because this brush was essentially made to work with the gel liner. Price of brush: $18.00 & Price of Gel Liner: $18.00 for a total of $36.00

LIQUID LIPSTICK

Pure Hollywood & Retro Coral

I Naturally am a Dry person, dry skin and very dry lips. 

I had to put on a ton of chap-stick before putting on the liquid lipstick. 

But for the matte finish and the beautiful coverage I think its worth being a little dry.

These are some of the prettiest lipsticks ever and just today I Purchased 2 more liquid lipsticks

the colors I got are Lovely, and Carina (No photo yet because I Purchased them online).

They are only $20.00 a lipstick.

That's all I'v purchased over the past few months, I never purchase my makeup all at the same time, only in little bits. That how I was able to get all of this glorious makeup.

If you end up wanting to get some of the Anastasia Beverly hills Liquid lipsticks remember they are matte, so they may dry out your lips a bit.

My Valentine FEB 2015

As I type this my pup is on the bed next to me pooped out, we play a ton today she is the cutest little monster ever. Just had to share a picture

So back to what this post is really about, Valentine's Day

I am kinda a really thoughtful person when it comes to gifts and he hates surprises 

I got him a few things he doesn't know about yet, And I'm sure I'll get more. But this is just for now

Honestly I think its a kids toy, but he will love it.

This is set to keep my boyfriend entertained. It's a brain game of course but he loves stuff like this, and all at the Low Price of $11.95!

Next thing is more of a "US" thing.

Our Q&A a Day

Its a 3-year journal where we can answer questions together.

Its meant to be cute, He is probable think its lame, but he always acts like he loves it. Which is fine by me, you can fake 'like' my gift, but this will get used!

Pricing for this was only $16.95, really inexpensive.

Literally He knows I'm a cheese ball, this book is kinda meant to be a gag book, it's a fun teasing kind of gift, he loves stuff like this. As you probably can tell he is a book lover and I myself love inspirational/ cute books to keep around our house.

This little nugget of a book was only $11.40 and I think so worth it.

I have his other gifts haven't come in the mail yet, but I wanted to share these cute little things. I hope it helped you think of cute things to get your significant other. These aren't that expensive, and you're not going to break the bank with any of these gifts. Also B&N except paypal online, so its easy to pay and if you have the Paypal credit thing, like me where you can pay it back later its really convenient!

Be Kind to the body you have.

Hey guys I'm back! I want to talk to you about these really great snacks I'v tried.

I Love them, they have all sorts of flavors for all types of people.

For Example I'm the type of person that likes sweet things that don't hurt my teeth,

Well If you're like me, I prefer the Vanilla Blueberry healthy grain bar.

And then If you're like my Boyfriend

He Loves Spicy and crunchy

Dark Chocolate Chili Almond.

These Bars are great for on the go snacking and have started to curve the bad eating habits the he and I got over the holidays. I even gave some to my co-workers and they thought I was joking when I said they were healthy. There words were "these can't be good for you, they taste to good."

I'v always grown up a Foodie person, Definition of Foodie (provided by Urban Dictionary): A Person that spends a keen amount of attention and energy on knowing the ingredients of food, the proper preparation of food, and finds great enjoyment to-notch ingredients and exemplary preparation.

A Foodie is not necessarily a food snob, only enjoying delicacies and/or food ite difficult to obtain and/or expensive foods; though, that is variety of foodie.

This delicious snack even ranks the approval of my health crazy family.

To wrap it up, I guess I'm saying I love these bars and If they wanted to send me some, heck I wouldn't say no.

But Allas I Purchased these bars because they are healthy and Taste good and I love them

Here we go 2015! And I got A DOG!

Rolling in the year 2015 we are going to Vamp things up a bit
